CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The return period for a product is 14 days from the date of receipt.
Refunds will be made for the amount of the purchased product. Expenses such as shipping and bank commission fees are not included in the refund amount.
You may return the purchased product if it has not been used, its tags have not been removed, it has not lost its resalable condition, and it is in its original packaging. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you believe that the package has been damaged during shipment, open and check it in the presence of the delivery representative. Products with no damage report will not be accepted for return.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned along with its invoice.
The refund amount for approved returns will be processed as soon as possible.
