Article 2 - Subject

This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically through www.maviolette.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed electronically by the Seller about the product’s name, type, quantity, model, sales price including taxes, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal, and that they have confirmed these details before placing the order.

This agreement, along with the preliminary information provided on www.maviolette.com and the issued invoice, constitutes an integral part of the transaction.

Article 4 - Agreement Date and Force Majeure

The agreement date is the date on which the Buyer places the order.

Unforeseen events beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, legislative changes, government actions, strikes, or major production failures, shall be considered force majeure. In such cases, the affected party must notify the other party immediately in writing. If the force majeure event persists for 30 days, either party has the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally.

Article 5 - Seller’s Rights and Obligations

5.1. The Seller is obligated to fulfill the agreement in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and Distance Sales Regulation, except in cases of force majeure.

5.2. Individuals under the age of 18 may not place orders on www.maviolette.com. The Seller assumes that the Buyer has provided accurate information regarding their age and is not liable for false declarations.

5.3. The Seller is not responsible for system errors, unauthorized price changes, or any technical failures caused by illegal interventions.


Article 6 - Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

6.1. The Buyer agrees to fulfill their payment obligations as specified in the agreement.

6.2. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the product descriptions, payment and return policies, and user guidelines provided on www.maviolette.com before placing an order.

6.3. If the Buyer wishes to return a product, they must ensure it is undamaged and in its original packaging along with the invoice.


Article 7 - Order and Payment Procedure

Orders may be delayed due to verification processes or bank-related issues. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer for verification and to suspend the order if necessary.

In case of payment issues, the Seller may hold the order for up to 15 days, awaiting Buyer response. If no response is received, the order may be canceled.


Article 8 - Shipping and Delivery

  • The Seller is responsible for dispatching the product(s) through a contracted shipping company.

  • Standard delivery time is 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • If an issue arises in the delivery, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately.

  • If the Buyer refuses a damaged package, they must have a shipping representative issue a damage report.


Article 9 - Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without any reason.

  • To return a product, it must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging along with the invoice.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

  • If the returned product is approved, the Seller will process the refund within 10 days.


Article 10 - Privacy Policy

The Seller shall not share Buyer information with third parties except as required by law.


Article 11 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, the Denizli Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms of this agreement.
